Didn’t get my order

unfortionatly we didn’t recieve the dvd for our study. I ordered books which I did get from another source from Amazon, but the dvd never did arrive in time for our study. I believe I ordered it soon enough and did talk to someone at the company who said it would be shiped the next day, but it never came. Very unsatisfied. one star because I had to choose something.
